Dear Ann!! (any anyone else who wanders in for a peak)
*runs and hides* I am SOOOOO sorry it's so bad, but i suck at poems and for SOME reason i thought i'd try one...
*sigh* well here goes...
THE GOAT!
The town was a mess as Ann sped down the street
Air filled with the pounding of her own two feet.
And as she ran, out behind flapped her coat
as she raced on towards the giant rampant goat.
He towered over buildings, crushing them with ease
then stomped into town, causing Ann Marie to freeze.
The great stomping goat was destroying all in his path
As people fled streaming, away from his wrath
"Oh No", thought Ann Marie, running on some more
as the fluffy great goat bleated out a roar.
He's making a right good mess, causing people to shout
But Ann Marie just smiled and pulled her lasso out.
She flicked it into the air and spun it around
whilst the giant goat's feet stomped great holes in the ground
She threw the lasso, as all around people fled
And the rope caught the goat's horn as he threw back his head.
Ann Marie then went flying, straight through the air
her eyes widened suddenly as the wind tossed her hair
The giant goat reared backwards, tossing poor Ann onto his back
But she waisted no time in pulling out what looked like a snack
A closer look showed that it was a handy shrinking bun
That'd return the huge goat to the size he'd been before this mess'd begun.
Conveniently, the goat opened its mouth to let out a roar
And Ann pulled her arm back before letting the bun soar.
Her aim had been true, and it landed in his huge gob
The giant goat just stopped as Ann had done her job.
With a giant bleat of loss the giant goat began to shrink
And suddenly it had returned to normal before Ann could blink.
Ann scooped up the naughty goat, now receiving quite a few glares
and walked away quickly, dreading the upcoming repairs.
The street was a mess; buildings ripped in half
But the goat seamed to smile and just bleat out a laugh.
...and so concludes this...tale :P Merry Xmas!!!!!
Love rachel xx

A Message from the Minions
Hey all!
Getting straight to the point: we're probably going to the edinburgh thing, and i thought it might be a nice idea if i got messages from all of Derek's minions, put them on a massive card, and present his awesomeness with it at the festival.
If you support the idea (which i hope u do :P ) please post your message to Derek in the comments section.
Dont make it too long (3 or 4 lines at most please) cause then i'll run oot o room :P
And format it exactly as you'd like, as i'll be coppying them straight from the way it's been typed.
Oh! and spread the link to everyone u can...i hope to get everyone's message to derek if possible :)
THANKS FOR THE ATTENTION!!
deadline is Saturday 13th August :P

Wierd dog, or what?
This dog, it has no eyes
so therefor cannot see
that annoying, meowing cat,
there up in that tree.
This dog it has tail
so therefor cannot stroll
... but this dog's not just any dog
It's a hot dog, on a roll
so therefor cannot see
that annoying, meowing cat,
there up in that tree.
This dog it has tail
so therefor cannot stroll
... but this dog's not just any dog
It's a hot dog, on a roll

leprechaun
©Rachel mccoach
A flicker of colour lit the sky,
Out of the corner of my eye
A shimmering rainbow with colours so bold
And far at the end, a pot of gold!
I ran and ran until I could see
A pot so big, it was taller than me.
I couldn’t see in so I rolled up a rock
And peered inside but received a great shock.
Nothing was in it; the pot was so bare,
But for a letter, the only thing there
I unfolded the paper and on it it read:
“I’m skint, I’m penniless, I’m bankrupt!” it said.
It was signed by the Leprechaun, the keeper of gold,
I let go of the paper and sadness took hold.
I’d missed out on my gold, my wealth, my pay
But I will be back to get it one day.
